Babies in hip harnesses, braces and casts often have their nappy on display.  Cover that nappy up with a bright, colourful print or a more subdued style for layering.  Hipsleepers Leak Protection Nappy Covers come in a wide range of colours and patterns in both super soft minky and smooth PUL fabric.  

We recommend using Hipsleepers Leak Protection Nappy Covers over disposable nappies as an added barrier against blowouts.  With waterproof fabric, double gusseted leg holes and an elastic barrier at the back, you may be able to beat the odds and keep that harness or brace in a respectable state of cleanliness.

When your baby is wearing a Pavlik Harness, try using a disposable nappy that would ordinarily be one size too big for your baby so it sits nice and high around the tummy and back.  Your baby's immobile position should stop the nappy from gaping around the leg holes and our Leak Protection Nappy Cover should effectively hold everything together.

SIZING

Our Leak Protection Nappy Covers are one-size-fits-all.  Press studs allow you to adjust the size so that it is the perfect fit for your baby, even when the hip dysplasia treatment has finished!  Our regular Nappy Covers can also be worn on the outside of a most baby spica casts up to around 6 months and we offer a larger "spica size" in some styles for babies in spica casts aged 6 months+.

Very happy

Hello recently I purchased 2 items for my 4 months old daughter. She is wearing pavlik harness for hip dysplasia. I was very surprised that in Canada there are no clothing that can be purchased. Its difficult to dress baby in a harness for outside when it's cold. I ordered a blanket/suit for her and nappy protectors. I am very happy about the purchase. I take her outside at 0 degrees and she is warm. My order came very quick. The only thing it would be good if there was a bigger selection on sizes. Suit comes in 1 size. It is a bit big for her. I think it would be good if it came 0 to 3 months and 3 to 6, 6 to 9. Otherwise I would defenetely order again and would suggest it to others. Thank you Luba

nappy covers have been ideal on our hot holiday

My daughter, Frankie, was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 12 weeks. It was a big surprise for us and definitely took a little while to get used to- for both her and us! In a time where dressing her for the day and making sleeping comfortable was tricky, we were so grateful to have found your website with your products. I struggled to find Australian sites to purchase items specifically for the brace so it was really comforting coming across your site and seeing how well you cater for the brace and how you had items that were ‘nice’, in one place and easy to order. The leggings are gorgeous and super easy, the nappy covers have been ideal on our hot holiday and being able to buy the Love To Dream sleeping bag through you too was so easy and has been a much better alternative to having to unzip the bottom half of her existing ones and pull her legs out! Ideal for those occassional blowouts

After the first time my hipsleeper sleeping bag had to be washed and urgently!!! Dryed, i jumped online to buy more. Absolutely could not live without it. Also the nappy pants are super cute and ideal for those occasional blowouts. We will be in the brace for atleast 3 months and its nice to know we can dress up still Shari

Nappy Covers

We’re very happy with the nappy covers we got. They’ve saved us from many explosions going all over her harness! To be honest, we haven’t used the other items that came in the pack. Just the covers and they’re doing the job well. Our girl Lara was out in the Pavlik harness at 7 weeks old. She’s now 12 weeks old and no sign of it coming off just yet. Carlie
